Pull locking updates from Ingo Molnar: - Disable preemption in rwsem_write_trylock()'s attempt to take the rwsem, to avoid RT tasks hogging the CPU, which managed to preempt this function after the owner has been cleared but before a new owner is set. There are various text files in the Documentation/ subdirectory,
several of them using the Restructured Text markup notation.
Please read the Documentation/process/changes.rst file, as it contains the
requirements for building and running the kernel, and information about
the problems which may result by upgrading your kernel.
