Remove the following orphan declarations from kvm_ppc.h: 1. kvmppc_mmu_priv_switch() has been removed since commitdd9ebf1f94("KVM: PPC: e500: Add shadow PID support"). 2. kvmppc_core_destroy_mmu() has been removed since commitecc0981ff0("KVM: ppc: cosmetic changes to mmu hook names"). 3. kvmppc_prepare_vrma() has been removed since commitaa04b4cc5b("KVM: PPC: Allocate RMAs (Real Mode Areas) at boot for use by guests"). So remove the declarations for them from header file. Documentation/admin-guide/README.rst first.
In order to build the documentation, use ``make htmldocs`` or
``make pdfdocs``. The formatted documentation can also be read online at:
https://www.kernel.org/doc/html/latest/
There are various text files in the Documentation/ subdirectory,
several of them using the Restructured Text markup notation.
Please read the Documentation/process/changes.rst file, as it contains the
requirements for building and running the kernel, and information about
the problems which may result by upgrading your kernel.
