Radhakrishna Sripada 3937eb1a07 drm/i915/icl: Map VBT DDC Pin to BSpec DDC Pin
On ICL we need to map VBT DDC Pin to BSpec DDC Pin.
Adding ICL Pin Values.

Documentation/admin-guide/README.rst first.

In order to build the documentation, use ``make htmldocs`` or
``make pdfdocs``.  The formatted documentation can also be read online at:

several of them using the Restructured Text markup notation.
