Anand Jain 38b5f68e98 btrfs: drop btrfs_device::can_discard to query directly
We can query the bdev directly when needed at btrfs_discard_extent()
so drop btrfs_device::can_discard.

In order to build the documentation, use ``make htmldocs`` or
``make pdfdocs``.

several of them using the Restructured Text markup notation.

Please read the Documentation/process/changes.rst file, as it contains the
requirements for building and running the kernel, and information about
