Add macros usable by the device tree sources to reference the R8A77980 CPG core clocks by index. The data come from the table 8.2e of the R-Car Series, 3rd Generation User's Manual: Hardware (Rev. 0.80, Oct, 2017), however I had to add the Z2 clock which is somehow present only on the figure 8.1e... Based on the original (and large) patch by Vladimir Barinov. These guides can be rendered in a number of formats, like HTML and PDF. In order to build the documentation, use ``make htmldocs`` or ``make pdfdocs``. There are various text files in the Documentation/ subdirectory, several of them using the Restructured Text markup notation. See Documentation/00-INDEX for a list of what is contained in each file. Please read the Documentation/process/changes.rst file, as it contains the requirements for building and running the kernel, and information about the problems which may result by upgrading your kernel.
