The commitf5bfdc8e39("locking/osq: Use optimized spinning loop for arm64") introduced a warning from Clang because vcpu_is_preempted() is compiled away, kernel/locking/osq_lock.c:25:19: warning: unused function 'node_cpu' [-Wunused-function] static inline int node_cpu(struct optimistic_spin_node *node) ^ 1 warning generated. Fix it by converting vcpu_is_preempted() to a static inline function. Documentation/admin-guide/README.rst first.
In order to build the documentation, use ``make htmldocs`` or
``make pdfdocs``. The formatted documentation can also be read online at:
https://www.kernel.org/doc/html/latest/
There are various text files in the Documentation/ subdirectory,
several of them using the Restructured Text markup notation.
Please read the Documentation/process/changes.rst file, as it contains the
requirements for building and running the kernel, and information about
the problems which may result by upgrading your kernel.
