Add device trees for the MT8186 based Voltorb Chromebooks, also known as the Acer Chromebook 311 (C723/C723T). The devices are clamshell style laptops with an optional touchscreen. The devices differ from the other existing MT8186 Chromebooks in that it uses a higher speced / binned SoC which also requires a separate PMIC for the big core cluster. Also, a different codec is used for the internal speakers. Documentation/admin-guide/README.rst first.
In order to build the documentation, use ``make htmldocs`` or
``make pdfdocs``. The formatted documentation can also be read online at:
https://www.kernel.org/doc/html/latest/
There are various text files in the Documentation/ subdirectory,
several of them using the reStructuredText markup notation.
Please read the Documentation/process/changes.rst file, as it contains the
requirements for building and running the kernel, and information about
the problems which may result by upgrading your kernel.
