Avinash Duduskar bf53bf3320 net: socket: clean up __sys_accept4 comment ...

Fix a typo and a redundant phrase in the block comment above
__sys_accept4(): "thats" -> "that's", and drop the trailing
"to recvmsg" that repeats the recvmsg() reference earlier in
the same sentence.

No functional change.
