For target main path io routines that uses qpair, create new logging & debugging routines to use qpair instead of reaching for scsi_qla_host to reduce cache thrash. These guides can be rendered in a number of formats, like HTML and PDF. In order to build the documentation, use ``make htmldocs`` or ``make pdfdocs``.
