Soft reset and Risc reset should take 100uS to complete. This change pad the timeout up to 400uS, which should be plenty. These guides can be rendered in a number of formats, like HTML and PDF. In order to build the documentation, use ``make htmldocs`` or ``make pdfdocs``.
