The problem is that rcu_callback_map doesn't have wait_types defined,
and doing so would make it indistinguishable from SOFTIRQ in any case.
Remove it.

Please read the Documentation/process/changes.rst file, as it contains the
requirements for building and running the kernel, and information about
the problems which may result by upgrading your kernel.
