VP8 has been added to the uABI by commit363240ce1c("media: uapi: move VP8 stateless controls out of staging") VP9 has been added to the uABI by commitb88dbe38dc("media: uapi: Add VP9 stateless decoder controls") H264 has been added to the uABI by commit46a309d275("media: uapi: move H264 stateless controls out of staging") The last remaining codec to be added to the uABI is HEVC. Highlight these changes in the TODO list. Documentation/admin-guide/README.rst first.
In order to build the documentation, use ``make htmldocs`` or
``make pdfdocs``. The formatted documentation can also be read online at:
https://www.kernel.org/doc/html/latest/
There are various text files in the Documentation/ subdirectory,
several of them using the Restructured Text markup notation.
Please read the Documentation/process/changes.rst file, as it contains the
requirements for building and running the kernel, and information about
the problems which may result by upgrading your kernel.
