Add support to configure maximum NSS in 160 MHz bandwidth. Firmware advertises support for handling NSS ratio information as a part of service ready ext event using nss_ratio_enabled flag. Save this information in ath12k_pdev_cap to calculate NSS ratio. Additionally, reorder the code by moving ath12k_peer_assoc_h_phymode() before ath12k_peer_assoc_h_vht() to ensure that arg->peer_phymode correctly reflects the bandwidth in the max NSS calculation. Documentation/admin-guide/README.rst first.
In order to build the documentation, use ``make htmldocs`` or
``make pdfdocs``. The formatted documentation can also be read online at:
https://www.kernel.org/doc/html/latest/
There are various text files in the Documentation/ subdirectory,
several of them using the reStructuredText markup notation.
Please read the Documentation/process/changes.rst file, as it contains the
requirements for building and running the kernel, and information about
the problems which may result by upgrading your kernel.
