Commit2389b27216("[ARM] 4417/1: Serial: Fix AMBA drivers locking") worked around the infamous low_latency behaviour of tty_flip_buffer_push() by simply dropping and reacquiring the port lock in the interrupt handler. Since commita9c3f68f3c("tty: Fix low_latency BUG"), tty_flip_buffer_push() always schedules a work item to push data to the line discipline and there's no need to keep any low_latency hacks around. be rendered in a number of formats, like HTML and PDF. Please read
Documentation/admin-guide/README.rst first.
In order to build the documentation, use ``make htmldocs`` or
``make pdfdocs``. The formatted documentation can also be read online at:
https://www.kernel.org/doc/html/latest/
There are various text files in the Documentation/ subdirectory,
several of them using the Restructured Text markup notation.
Please read the Documentation/process/changes.rst file, as it contains the
requirements for building and running the kernel, and information about
the problems which may result by upgrading your kernel.
