drivers/s390/scsi/zfcp_aux.c does not contain any miscdevice so the inclusion of linux/miscdevice.h is unnecessary. These guides can be rendered in a number of formats, like HTML and PDF. In order to build the documentation, use ``make htmldocs`` or ``make pdfdocs``.
