VIA LAB VL817 is a 4-port USB 3.1 hub and USB 2.0 root hub that has a reset pin to toggle and a 5.0V core supply exported though an integrated LDO is available for powering it. Add the support for this hub, for controlling the reset pin and the core power supply. Add USB device id's for USB 2.0 and USB 3.0 root hub. In order to build the documentation, use ``make htmldocs`` or
``make pdfdocs``. The formatted documentation can also be read online at:
https://www.kernel.org/doc/html/latest/
There are various text files in the Documentation/ subdirectory,
several of them using the Restructured Text markup notation.
Please read the Documentation/process/changes.rst file, as it contains the
requirements for building and running the kernel, and information about
the problems which may result by upgrading your kernel.
