This is a regression introduced by1373fefc62("usb: typec: tcpm: Allow slow charging loops to comply to pSnkStby") When Source advertises Rp-default, tcpm would request 500mA when in SINK_DISCOVERY, Type-C spec advises the sink to follow BC1.2 current limits when Rp-default is advertised. There are various text files in the Documentation/ subdirectory,
several of them using the Restructured Text markup notation.
Please read the Documentation/process/changes.rst file, as it contains the
requirements for building and running the kernel, and information about
the problems which may result by upgrading your kernel.
