Various RISC-V drivers (such as SBI IPI, SBI Timer, SBI PMU, and KVM RISC-V) don't have associated DT node but these drivers need standard per-CPU (local) interrupts defined by the RISC-V privileged specification. We add riscv_get_intc_hwnode() in arch/riscv which allows RISC-V drivers not having DT node to discover INTC hwnode which in-turn helps these drivers to map per-CPU (local) interrupts provided by the INTC driver. be rendered in a number of formats, like HTML and PDF. Please read
Documentation/admin-guide/README.rst first.
In order to build the documentation, use ``make htmldocs`` or
``make pdfdocs``. The formatted documentation can also be read online at:
https://www.kernel.org/doc/html/latest/
There are various text files in the Documentation/ subdirectory,
several of them using the Restructured Text markup notation.
Please read the Documentation/process/changes.rst file, as it contains the
requirements for building and running the kernel, and information about
the problems which may result by upgrading your kernel.
