The compat handlers for VCHIQ_IOC_QUEUE_MESSAGE32 and VCHIQ_IOC_GET_CONFIG32 can simply call the underlying implementations that are already separate functions rather than using copy_in_user to simulate the native 64-bit interface for the full ioctl handler. vchiq_ioc_queue_message gets a small update to the calling conventions to simplify the compat version by directly returning a normal errno value. Documentation/admin-guide/README.rst first.
In order to build the documentation, use ``make htmldocs`` or
``make pdfdocs``. The formatted documentation can also be read online at:
https://www.kernel.org/doc/html/latest/
There are various text files in the Documentation/ subdirectory,
several of them using the Restructured Text markup notation.
Please read the Documentation/process/changes.rst file, as it contains the
requirements for building and running the kernel, and information about
the problems which may result by upgrading your kernel.
