We source root cgroup stats from the system-wide stats, see blkcg_print_stat and blkcg_rstat_flush, so don't update io state for root cgroup. Fixes blkg leak issue introduced in commit3b8cc62987("blk-cgroup: Optimize blkcg_rstat_flush()") which starts to grab blkg's reference when adding iostat_cpu into percpu blkcg list, but this state won't be consumed by blkcg_rstat_flush() where the blkg reference is dropped. Documentation/admin-guide/README.rst first.
In order to build the documentation, use ``make htmldocs`` or
``make pdfdocs``. The formatted documentation can also be read online at:
https://www.kernel.org/doc/html/latest/
There are various text files in the Documentation/ subdirectory,
several of them using the Restructured Text markup notation.
Please read the Documentation/process/changes.rst file, as it contains the
requirements for building and running the kernel, and information about
the problems which may result by upgrading your kernel.
