The CXL drivers use kernel trace functions for logging endpoint and Restricted CXL host (RCH) Downstream Port RAS errors. Similar functionality is required for CXL Root Ports, CXL Downstream Switch Ports, and CXL Upstream Switch Ports. Introduce trace logging functions for both RAS correctable and uncorrectable errors specific to CXL PCIe Ports. Use them to trace FW-First Protocol errors. Linux kernel
============
There are several guides for kernel developers and users. These guides can
be rendered in a number of formats, like HTML and PDF. Please read
Documentation/admin-guide/README.rst first.
In order to build the documentation, use ``make htmldocs`` or
``make pdfdocs``. The formatted documentation can also be read online at:
https://www.kernel.org/doc/html/latest/
There are various text files in the Documentation/ subdirectory,
several of them using the reStructuredText markup notation.
Please read the Documentation/process/changes.rst file, as it contains the
requirements for building and running the kernel, and information about
the problems which may result by upgrading your kernel.
