The soc_id array is mostly ordered by the numeric "msm-id" defined in qcom,ids.h but some recent entries were added at the wrong place. While it does not make a functional difference it does make it harder to regenerate the entire array after adding a bunch of new IDs. Fixes:de320c07da("soc: qcom: socinfo: Add MSM8956/76 SoC IDs to the soc_id table") Fixes:147f6534b8("soc: qcom: socinfo: Add SM8550 ID") Signed-off-by: Stephan Gerhold <stephan@gerhold.net> Reviewed-by: Krzysztof Kozlowski <krzysztof.kozlowski@linaro.org> Signed-off-by: Bjorn Andersson <andersson@kernel.org> Link: https://lore.kernel.org/r/20230104115348.25046-2-stephan@gerhold.net
Linux kernel
============
There are several guides for kernel developers and users. These guides can
be rendered in a number of formats, like HTML and PDF. Please read
Documentation/admin-guide/README.rst first.
In order to build the documentation, use ``make htmldocs`` or
``make pdfdocs``. The formatted documentation can also be read online at:
https://www.kernel.org/doc/html/latest/
There are various text files in the Documentation/ subdirectory,
several of them using the Restructured Text markup notation.
Please read the Documentation/process/changes.rst file, as it contains the
requirements for building and running the kernel, and information about
the problems which may result by upgrading your kernel.
