Consolidate the special handling of the 'hoard->can_have96' flag.
This flag overrides the iorange and n_subdevices for the PCL-724
board when it is used in a 96 DIO configuration.

subdev_8255_init() can fail, make sure to check for it and return
the errno.
The private function subdev_8255_cb() is identical to the default
io callback used by the 8255 driver. Remove it and pass NULL to
subdev_8255_init() so the default callback will be used.
The private function subdev_8255mapped_cb() is used for the memory
memory mapped io of the pet48dio board. Rename this function so
it has namespace associated with the driver.
Casting the iobase passed to subdev_8255_init() is not needed.
Use a local variable for the iobase and remove the casts.

ft1000dev->tx_urb and ft1000dev->rx_urb are not deallocated
if something goes wrong in ft1000_probe(). Also there is no
check for success of urb allocation. The patch fixes the both issues.
By the way, there is no sense in GFP_ATOMIC for urb allocation here,
so it is changed to GFP_KERNEL.
Found by Linux Driver Verification project (linuxtesting.org).

slight variations in the register map. Clean up the comment about
the register map to better document the driver.

ISA board. The only difference is the number of isolated digital input
and output channels.

The first_irq needs to be zero to get a linear domain and that

Second round of IIO new stuff and cleanups for the 3.11 cycle.
1) Pressure sensor support in the st sensors driver - LPS331AP currently.
2) Graduation of generic interrupt from staging with some related cleanup.
3) A number of platform_set_drvdata on remove removals.
4) 2 conditional build changes to prevent device tree structures from being
built in when device tree isn't enabled. These just save a bit of space
rather than being strictly required at the moment.
5) A couple of strict_strtoul -> kstrtoul conversions.
The name includes irq_res->start which of type resource_size_t not integer.
We could in theory use %pa for this but then it would be in hex and also
that causes a warning about incorrect types anyway. Hence just
use the irq local variable we assigned the line above.
