platform code, clock driver, and a basic device tree configuration. Peripheral
drivers will be submitted soon, as will device tree configurations for other
Cygnus board variants.

Alt is booted from DT, so chosen/stdout-path is
always used, and we can drop the "console=" parameter from chosen/bootargs.
This change has a side-effect of changing the console speed from 38400
to 115200. This is intentional as 115200 is consistently used on
all other shmobile boards.

Pull MTD fixes from Brian Norris:
"Three main MTD fixes for 3.18:
- A regression from 3.16 which was noticed in 3.17. With the
restructuring of the m25p80.c driver and the SPI NOR library
framework, we omitted proper listing of the SPI device IDs. This
means m25p80.c wouldn't auto-load (modprobe) properly when built as
a module. For now, we duplicate the device IDs into both modules.
- The OMAP / ELM modules were depending on an implicit link ordering.
Use deferred probing so that the new link order (in 3.18-rc) can
still allow for successful probing.
- Fix suspend/resume support for LH28F640BF NOR flash"

Pinctrl settings for GE0 and GE1 are not only usable on RD-AXPWiFiAP.
Moreover, naming the RGMII settings pmx-ge{0,1} is not precise enough
as there is also a GMII setting for GE0.
Move the pinctrl sub-nodes to the common pinctrl node and rename them
to pmx-ge{0,1}-rgmii.
