5cace672b9 staging: rtl8188eu: Replace function rtw_alloc_network()
Change external call site of _rtw_alloc_network to rtw_alloc_network.
Remove function rtw_alloc_network as all it does is call
_rtw_alloc_network.
Rename _rtw_alloc_network to rtw_alloc_network to maintain compatibility
with call sites. Keep its type as non-static (even though the old
rtw_alloc_network was static) as this functionality is used in other
files as well.
Issue found with Coccinelle.

8cf6650421 iommu/amd: fix a crash in iova_magazine_free_pfns
The commit b3aa14f022 ("iommu: remove the mapping_error dma_map_ops

map_sg() causes a crash under memory pressure as dma_ops_alloc_iova()
never return DMA_MAPPING_ERROR on failure but 0, so the error handling
is all wrong.

618381f09c hexagon: switch to generic version of pte allocation
The hexagon implementation pte_alloc_one(), pte_alloc_one_kernel(),
pte_free_kernel() and pte_free() is identical to the generic except of
lack of __GFP_ACCOUNT for the user PTEs allocation.

Switch hexagon to use generic version of these functions.
