Paul Brook 48d7927bdf Add a prefetch abort handler
This patch adds a prefetch abort handler similar to the data abort one
and renames the latter for consistency. Initial implementation by Paul
Brook with some renaming by Catalin Marinas.

Paul Brook 4cc2f7a84d [ARM] 4074/1: Flat loader stack alignment
The ARM EABI requires doubleword (8-byte) stack alignment at all public entry
points. The patch below makes the bFLT loader honour this.
It's always safe to start with a doubleword aligned stack so it doesn't seem
worth making this conditional on CONFIG_AEABI.

Paul Brook c06015148f [ARM] 3860/1: Versatile PCI config byte accesses
The ARM Versatile board PCI config space read routines are broken for byte
accesses. The access uses a byte read, so masking the bottom two bits of the
address is wrong.

I guess this is a cut/paste error from the the halfword code which uses
aligned word access+shift+mask.

Paul Brook 5247593c96 [ARM] 3335/1: Old-abi Thumb sys_syscall broken
Patch from Paul Brook

The old-abi sys_syscall syscall is broken when called from Thumb mode. It
assumes the syscall number is an Arm syscall number (ie. starts from
__NR_OABI_SYSCALL_BASE). In thumb mode syscall numbers start from zero.

The patch below fixes this by clearing the nigh bits of the syscall number
instead of inverting them. Technically this means we accept some invalid
syscall numbers, but I can't see how that could be a problem. The two sets of
numbers far apart that unimplemented syscalls should still be rejected.

Paul Brook 6896eec029 [ARM] 3420/1: Missing clobber in example code
Patch from Paul Brook

The example code in the source documentation for __kernel_dmb
clobbers r0 but doesn't list it the asm clobber list.
