dt-bindings: Add Crystal Clear Technology vendor prefix

Update Documentation/devicetree/bindings/vendor-prefixes.yaml to
include "cct" as a vendor prefix for "Crystal Clear Technology". CCT is
the vendor of the CMT430B19N00 TFT-LCD panel.
