drm/amd/pm: support the function to change power profile mode for vangogh

This patch is to support the function to change power profile mode for
vangogh. Vangogh supports 5 kinds of power profile mode:
"FULL SCREEN 3D", "VIDEO", "VR", "COMPUTE" and "CUSTOM".
