ALSA: pcm: Avoid macros for SNDRV_PCM_FMTBIT and SNDRV_PCM_SUBFMTBIT

Avoid macros to define SNDRV_PCM_FMTBIT_* and SNDRV_PCM_SUBFMTBIT_*
contants but use plain bit shifts, instead.  This allows bindgen and
other tools aware of those definitions.
