wifi: rtw89: 8922a: read efuse content via efuse map struct from logic map
Define efuse map struct of RTW89_EFUSE_BLOCK_RF block, and read needed data from efuse logic map into driver. Also, with efuse power-on state, read MAC address via register interface according to HCI interface.
