ARM: dts: rockchip: Add Relfor Saib board
Saib is an consumer electronics board from Relfor labs
Features:
- Rockchip RV1109
- 1GB DDR4
- 4GB eMMC
- Realtek RTL8821CS Wi-Fi/BT
- IR transmitter/receiver
- RV3028 RTC
- Switch
- User leds
Add support for it.
