perf vendor events: Update Meteorlake events/metrics

Update events from v1.10 to v1.12.
Update TMA metrics from 4.8 to 5.02.

Bring in the event updates v1.12:

This updates the mapfile.csv for the 0xB5 CPUID variant of meteorlake.
