spi: spi-zynqmp-gqspi: Fix kernel-doc warnings

Browse Source 
Document zynqmp_qspi ctrl and op_lock member description. It also adds
return documentation for 'zynqmp_qspi_setuprxdma' and zynqmp_qspi_read_op.
