wifi: rtw89: coex: Change firmware control report to version separate
The rtw89 driver may support more than 1 version of Wi-Fi firmware for certain chips. In order to support all the firmware, change to select logic by firmware feature version code. Type control version 4 will monitor Bluetooth PTA hardware counters at firmware and C2H to driver, but version 1 will not do this.
