staging: rtl8192e: Rename RFInProgres.., bEnableHT and RegChannelPlan
Rename variable RFInProgressTimeOut to rf_in_progress_timeout, bEnableHT to enable_ht and RegChannelPlan to reg_chnl_plan to avoid CamelCase which is not accepted by checkpatch.
