greybus: trivial: add checkpatch.pl to the tree

For those who are stuck using old kernel trees, let's include the latest
version of checkpatch.pl into our tree to help prevent coding style
mistakes from creeping in.

Also add spelling.txt to catch spelling errors in comments.
