arm64: dts: qcom: ipq9574-rdp433: remove unused 'sdc-default-state'

Since commit 8140d10568 ("arm64: dts: qcom: ipq9574: Remove eMMC node"),
the 'sdc-default-state' pinctrl state is not used so remove that.
