staging:rtl8192u: Rename TSpec > t_spec - Style

Browse Source 
Rename the TS_COMMON_INFO structure's member TSpec to t_spec. This change
clears the checkpatch issue with CamelCase naming of variables. There should
be no impact on runtime execution.
