arm64: dts: ti: j721e: Add VTM node

Browse Source 
VTM stands for Voltage Thermal Management. Add the thermal zones.
Five sensors mapping ton 5 thermal zones. WKUP, MPU, C7x, GPU & R5F
respectively.
