ARM: dts: imx: rename iomuxc to pinmux

Rename node name iomuxc to pinmux. Fix below CHECK_DTBS warnings:
arch/arm/boot/dts/nxp/imx/imx1-apf9328.dtb: iomuxc@21c000 (fsl,imx1-iomuxc): $nodename:0: 'iomuxc@21c000' does not match '^(pinctrl|pinmux)(@[0-9a-f]+)?$'
