MAINTAINERS: Add entry for Mali-DP driver

Browse Source 
Add MAINTAINERS entry for ARM Mali-DP driver and update the
HDLCD file matching pattern to cover only HDLCD rather than
the whole drivers/gpu/drm/arm directory.
