rtc: MAINTAINERS: drop Alessandro Zummo

Last email from Alessandro was in 2016, so remove him from maintainers
of the RTC subsystem.  Stale maintainer entries hide information whether
subsystem needs help, has a bus-factor or is even orphaned.
