dt-bindings: arm: add TQMa8XxS boards

TQMa8XxS is a SOM series featuring NXP i.MX8X SoC.
They are called TQMa8XQPS and TQMa8XDPS respectively.
MB-SMARC-2 is a carrier reference design.
