wifi: ath12k: Enable Mesh support for QCN9274

Currently QCN9274 supports only AP and station interface modes.

Add interface type mesh to ath12k_hw_params for
QCN9274 to provide support for mesh mode as well.

Tested-on: QCN9274 hw2.0 PCI WLAN.WBE.1.0-02903-QCAHKSWPL_SILICONZ-1
