staging: wlang-ng: Fix block comments style warnings in hfa384x.h

This patch fixes the following checkpatch.pl warnings in hfa384x.h:
 WARNING: Block comments use * on subsequent lines
 WARNING: Block comments use a trailing */ on a separate line
