arm64: dts: qcom: kaanapali: Add base QRD board

Add initial support for Qualcomm Kaanapali QRD board which enables
SD Card, UFS and booting to shell with UART console.

Written with help from Jishnu Prakash (added RPMhPD nodes), Nitin Rawat
(added ufs) and Manish Pandey (added SD Card).
