media: vidtv: remove more ENDIAN_BITFIELD nonsense

Changeset 870e350d4e ("media: vidtv: get rid of ENDIAN_BITFIELD nonsense")
was incomplete. There are still some wrong endannes logic at
the driver. Get rid of them.
