* Adds the Ayu theme code highlight css
* Adds boilerplate for additional CSS and JS
* Adds boilerplate for google analytics
* Adds editable playpens js (if it's enabled?)
* Moves store.js to header scripts
* Propagates the use store.js change fully
* Adds Clipboard.js (Fixes console error)
* Changes MathJax URL (Fixes console warning / eventual error)
