infra: dprint, part 2
...
- Reformat everything now that the bug in dprint for wrapping lines with
inline code is fixed.
- Additionally, apply the formatting rules I *should have* applied the
first time, so the repo has the same style it has historically used.

...
The "text" style is just plain text, but we were also using it for
command line examples. Turns out that highlight.js has a style for this,
called "console."
This commit updates all instances of using text for a command line
example to use console instead.
