Sudarsana Reddy Kalluru fb9ea8a9b7 qed: Use ieee mfw-mask to get ethtype in ieee-dcbx mode. 
Ethtype value is being read incorrectly in ieee-dcbx mode. Use the
correct mfw mask value.
